Because it’s shipped by sea for about two months under compression, it may look creased or misshapen when you first unbox it — this is completely normal and will naturally recover.

Please follow this guide carefully to ensure the best results.

  • Open the packaging gently and avoid using sharp tools near the fabric.

  • Take the sofa out and place it on a flat, open surface.

  • Remove all plastic covers or straps.

🔄 2. Helping It Restore

  • Use your hands to pat, smooth, and straighten the sofa surface.

  • Make sure it’s evenly laid out and not folded or twisted.

  • Place it in a warm, ventilated room — warmth helps it expand faster.

⏳ 3. Waiting Time

  • The sofa will begin to take shape within a few hours.

  • It takes around 72 hours (3 days) to fully restore to its original form and comfort.

  • During this time, avoid sitting or lying on it for the best result.

After 72 hours, your Boneless Sofa should look smooth, flat, and ready to use.
Slight creases may remain during the first few days but will continue to fade naturally.

If you’re considering a return, please wait until the 72-hour restoration process is complete.
Many creases or shape concerns disappear once the sofa fully expands.

  • Returning too early may make the product appear faulty when it’s still recovering.

  • If you still wish to return it after full restoration, please follow the return steps below.

📦 How to Return Your Boneless Sofa

Because the Boneless Sofa is shipped under factory compression, it cannot be re-packed into its original box after expansion. Please do not attempt to compress or fold it back.

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

  • Please fill in the return form.

  • Our team will contact you through the process and arrange courier collection.

Step 2: Prepare for Collection

  • Place the sofa in an accessible area near your entrance.

  • Cover it with a clean sheet, plastic wrap or bubble wrap for protection.

  • The courier will collect the sofa as it is — no need to compress it.

Step 3: Return Fees & Conditions

  • A return shipping fee may apply depending on the reason (e.g. change of mind).

  • Please ensure the sofa is in clean, unused condition for a successful return.
