What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a retail model where a store sells products to customers without holding inventory. When a customer makes a purchase, the store buys the product from a third-party supplier who ships it directly to the customer.

How the dropshipping works?

  1. We provide the media pack (incl. Photos, variations, and description. Etc.) of 3 products you are interested in for free. You can purchase the media pack of all our products for £69 as well. Easily upload the product information (CSV format) in bulk to your website.
  2. Live stock status can be provided, or just check the lead time shown on our Express Shipping site.
  3. If you have any new enquiries/orders, please contact us by email and also state your account number so that a discount can be calculated for you.
  4. Regarding discounts, it is 10% off for all products before reaching 7k pounds (in order history). Up to 15% off after reaching 7k pounds (Chairs, dressing tables, and sofa are 12% off, while the rest is 15% off).

Anyone who wants to start an online store can potentially join a dropshipping program. As a retailer, you don't need to invest in inventory or worry about shipping and logistics, which makes it an attractive option for entrepreneurs who are just starting out or those who want to expand their product offerings without taking on additional inventory costs.

We don’t have any restrictions on the type of business customers. No matter you are a studio, an individual designer, or a property company, or others, we are happy to work with you!

We don’t charge any cost for joining our dropship program.

How can I know the stock of particular products?

You can check the Express Shipping site on our website. Products on this site are in stock for quick delivery. And they are also the popular products of our store. For the customized products, it will take 8-9 weeks to be made and shipped from our overseas manufacturer.

Can I see the product in person before purchasing?

Please contact our service team to check whether the product you are interested in is in stock for viewing. If it’s in stock, you’re welcome to come to our showroom to have a look.
