If you need your item to be carried beyond the front door, to another floor, or into a specific room, an additional service fee will apply.

Smaller items will usually be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, such as DPD Local, Yodel or Parcelforce. Tracking information will be provided where available.
For local deliveries, we may use a dedicated door-to-door courier service. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Large furniture, marble, oversized, overweight or especially fragile items may require specialist handling.
Some items may be delivered on pallets, curbside, or to the ground floor entrance only, depending on the courier, product type and delivery address.

Some items require customer assembly for safe transportation.

Lead times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on stock status, product type, selected variant, production time, courier availability and delivery location.
In-stock items are usually dispatched as soon as possible, typically within 1–3 working days after the order is placed.
Many products have specific lead times listed on the product page. If your item is made-to-order, pre-order, customised, or temporarily out of stock, the lead time may be longer.

We can hold orders free of charge for up to 60 days. Please contact us in advance if you need to delay your delivery.

Pickup is available during Monday to Friday working hours. Please contact us before collection so we can confirm when your order is ready.
For very large items, we may ask you to book a specific collection time or collect from a nearby warehouse.
Customized, made-to-order, custom-made, clearance, ready-to-go sofa and certain special-order items may be non-returnable or non-cancellable.
For other unused and new items, please inform us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition. Return or collection costs may apply. If original packaging is missing, a repacking charge may apply.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos and original packaging retained as evidence.
