Extended Backorder Times
Products on backorder could require a minimum of 8 weeks before delivery.
Smaller items are dispatched via carriers like DPD or Yodel, or occasionally through our freight partner for larger parcels. Delivery type is determined by product size; for example, while a bar stool might be delivered via standard carriers, a sofa may require large courier shipping.
Premium Shipping Services
We provide White Glove delivery upon request, involving separate freight carriers and additional charges. Please consult our help center for further details.
We'll contact you 36 hours before delivery to arrange an appointment and provide an email for tracking your order. Failure to accept delivery within 48 hours will result in a daily storage fee of £150 until the order is received.

Returns and Quality Assurance
