Complimentary standard delivery is available for eligible orders over £250.
Standard delivery is to the front door or ground floor entrance only.
Delivery to other floors, room-of-choice delivery and assembly may be selected at checkout where available.
Unused items must be reported within 14 days. Damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Our standard delivery service is to the front door or ground floor entrance of your delivery address. If you require delivery beyond this point, including delivery to another floor, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, or packaging removal, please select the relevant paid service at checkout where available.
Delivery charges depend on your order value, product type, delivery address and selected service.

For orders under £250, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
Some oversized, overweight, fragile, clearance, white-glove, non-mainland UK or overseas deliveries may require a separate quotation.

Our standard delivery service means the delivery team will deliver the item to the main entrance of the property where access is safe and possible.
Standard delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, moving items to another floor, placing items in a specific room, assembly, or packaging removal.
For apartment buildings, flats, maisonettes, or properties with stairs, standard delivery is to the building entrance or ground floor entrance only.
Extra handling services are available for selected orders and must be chosen separately.
If you need your item to be carried beyond the front door, to another floor, or into a specific room, an additional service fee will apply.

If access is restricted, unsafe, or the item cannot be delivered due to size or building limitations, additional delivery, return, redelivery, storage or handling charges may apply.
Different products may be delivered using different courier or specialist delivery services.
Smaller items will usually be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, such as DPD Local, Yodel or Parcelforce. Tracking information will be provided where available.
For local deliveries, we may use a dedicated door-to-door courier service. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Large furniture, marble, oversized, overweight or especially fragile items may require specialist handling.
Some items may be delivered on pallets, curbside, or to the ground floor entrance only, depending on the courier, product type and delivery address.
Certain products are excluded from our free delivery offer and will require a separate quotation before dispatch.
Some items require customer assembly for safe transportation.
Professional assembly may be available by request or as an optional service at checkout. This may include delivery to the selected room, assembly, and packaging removal, depending on the service selected and access conditions.

Lead times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on stock status, product type, selected variant, production time, courier availability and delivery location.
In-stock items are usually dispatched as soon as possible, typically within 1–3 working days after the order is placed.
Many products have specific lead times listed on the product page. If your item is made-to-order, pre-order, customised, or temporarily out of stock, the lead time may be longer.
We will send you a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday.
We can hold orders free of charge for up to 60 days. Please contact us in advance if you need to delay your delivery.
You may collect your order from our London warehouse at SE28 0BQ.
Pickup is available during Monday to Friday working hours. Please contact us before collection so we can confirm when your order is ready.
For very large items, we may ask you to book a specific collection time or collect from a nearby warehouse.
Customized, made-to-order, custom-made, clearance, ready-to-go sofa and certain special-order items may be non-returnable or non-cancellable.
For other unused and new items, please inform us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition. Return or collection costs may apply. If original packaging is missing, a repacking charge may apply.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos and original packaging retained as evidence.
