Complimentary delivery for orders over £250 to UK mainland addresses.

Environmental Commitment

We use 'Carbon Neutral' accredited courier services for deliveries. Also, most packaging materials are recycled to reduce environmental impact.

Delivery Options

• Smaller Items: These will be delivered by one of our trusted courier services, such as DPD Local, Yodel, or Parcel Force. Full tracking and other delivery options will be provided. Local deliveries may be made via dedicated door-to-door courier services; in such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

• Deliveries Within London: For large items not suitable for standard courier delivery and with a purchase value over £250, we offer delivery to a room of your choice and to any floor (provided there is unobstructed access and a suitable lift is available for floors above the first floor). If no lift is available, please request a quote for delivery.

• Deliveries Outside London (UK Mainland): Large furniture items and other bulky deliveries will be brought to the ground floor entrance when possible. Some heavy and large items may be delivered curbside using pallets or other methods.

Exclusions and Special Deliveries

Certain oversized or overweight products, such as certain solid marble items, and very large or especially fragile items, are excluded from our free delivery offer. These items require specialized delivery services, incurring additional charges.

Heavy Furniture Delivery Policy

If your flat or home is on the 2nd floor or above, and there are no lifts available, there will be an additional charge for assisting with moving the item to your flat. The cost for this service is £80. This fee ensures that our delivery team can safely and efficiently transport your heavy marble furniture to your desired location within your home.

Assembly Requirements

Some items need customer assembly for safe transportation. We also offer a Professional Assembly service by request. This includes delivery on a set day, installation in your chosen room, assembly, and packaging removal. Contact us for pricing and service details.

Lead Times

Lead times are subject to variation.

The product lead times displayed on our website serve as typical estimates and are intended for guidance purposes only. The actual time required for your order may vary significantly due to various factors.

We are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible. If you would like to inquire about the progress of your order at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Timing

Stock items will be dispatched as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 days of placing your order. Many of our products have specific lead times, which are indicated on the product pages and may vary based on the selected variant, such as color or size.

For products that come back in stock, we will send you a shipping notification upon dispatch.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

We offer the option to hold orders free for up to a maximum of 60 days.

Pickup

You have the option to collect your order from our London warehouse (SE28 0BQ) for your convenience. Pickup times are available during Monday to Friday working hours. Contact us ahead of time if you choose this option, so we can alert you when your item is ready for collection.

For very large items ordered for Pickup, we may request that you specify a collection time or arrange for pickup from our nearby warehouse.

Returns

Customized or made-to-order items are typically non-returnable and non-cancellable. For any other unused and new items you want to return, please inform us within 14 days of delivery.
