The chair is easy to assemble, as it comes with the necessary tools. I have been using this chair for over 8 hours per day, and have not experienced any issues with comfort or posture support due to its excellent back support. This chair can be recommended as a suitable option for an office or study chair.

The chair was delivered on time and the Customer Service department, was excellent and very helpful when we needed a replacement leg for the chair as the original delivery was slightly damaged. Would definitely use again.
