I had an issue with the initial chair I received and their customer service was super receptive and helpful with getting me the support I needed. The chair itself isn��t couch-cozy (as you would probably imagine), but is still very comfortable and sturdy. Highly recommend!

This chair looks like it costs more than it did. It was fairly easy to put together with the exception of aligning all of the holes in which to place the screws.
